加工前の画像や作品の著作権は、それぞれの制作者に帰属します。
⭕ できること（許可事項）
・個人のSNSアイコン、ヘッダー、ブログ等での非営利目的における利用。
・文字入れ、トリミング、サイズ変更、背景変更などの軽微な加工。
・デコサクで加工した画像を、個人で楽しむ範囲で自由に共有すること。
❌ できないこと（禁止事項）
・商用利用（グッズ販売、広告収入・収益化を伴うサービスでの直接利用など）。
・デコサク内の素材、エフェクト、シール画像などを抽出して再利用・再配布すること。
・本サービスで作成された画像をAI学習・機械学習用データ（データセット）として使用・入力すること。
・二次配布、転売、NFT化、自作発言（自分が制作したと偽る行為）。
・公序良俗に反する目的、または他者を傷つける目的での使用。

・運営者が不適切と判断した利用については、予告なく公開停止や利用制限を行う場合があります。
